Started year November 30, 1997 by former Brgy. Kagawad Albert Habaluyas, normally, its just a brgy. program or project for the youth of thier own barangay that will benefits to the residence of Brgy. Bagong Katipunan, Pasig City, under the administration of Capt. Geronimo Alba

. . . and because of their extraordinary talents, they choses to join different talent competitions in the vicinity of Pasig, later on to different places in Metro Manila and all over the Phillipines.

and then after government alternation become a non-profit organization, become very well-known for their extraordinary moves, sounds and exhibition

and now . . . .they continuing their success . . . together with their mentors, pioneers and seniorities and the upcoming youth who wants to express their lives by choosing sinag katipunan Dlc . .

for almost 19 Champion Titles on its history . . . .

Nothing is ever a barometer. Nothing is ever for sure except that this band has been around
